Sunrise weatherman Sam Mac has been scolded by his fans after he made fun of his mother Loretta’s photography skills.
The Channel Seven star shared a hilarious clip to Instagram which captured his mother taking a photo of his fiancée Rebecca James at Sydney Harbour.
Loretta was seen hard at work getting an iPhone into position as she took some snaps of her future daughter-in-law.
Sam then shared the photos his mother took, which were taken at a side angle with the mother-of-two at the edge of frame.
He captioned the clip with some cheeky words: ‘These aren’t photos, they are moments in time.
‘Harbourside Humanity – a pop up gallery exhibition by Loretta coming soon.’

The Sunrise weatherman posted the footage to Instagram which captures him taking his parents to a bar called ‘SPM’, which he reveals stands for Sir Paul McCartney.
His mother was then seen getting excited about seeing the former Beatle in concert in Sydney, before Sam drops some heartbreaking news.
‘Sorry mum, you’re not coming. I’ll get you an Uber, it’s fine because you went to the Logies,’ Sam tells her.
His disappointed mother was then seen leaving as Sam helped his father celebrate his 70th birthday by watching the legendary singer perform.
‘Loretta returned safely to the hotel in an Uber for a rare night of peace and quiet,’ Sam began.
‘Before you launch the Justice for Loretta movement, remember I took her to the Logies in 2019 and she got a selfie with Delta.’
