SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles is set to be announced the as the venue for the Super Bowl in 2027.
The $5.5billion arena in Inglewood – which only opened in 2020 – last hosted the Super Bowl in 2022 as the Los Angeles Rams won on home turf against the Cincinnati Bengals.
NFL owners are due to vote on the matter at a league meeting in Dallas on Wednesday.
It means the stadium will host a major sporting event every year from 2026 to 2028.
SoFi Stadium will be one of 16 North American cities hosting games at the 2026 World Cup.
It will also host the Opening and Closing ceremonies of the 2028 Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games. Soccer games will also take place there.
