Saturday Kitchen guest Kate Carter-Larg has responded to critics who called her breakfast TV outfit ‘too revealing.’
The 35-year-old owner of The Cheesy Toast Shack in St Andrews appeared on the BBC show alongside her husband, Sam, 39.
Following her appearance last week, she faced backlash for what some deemed an inappropriate outfit.
However, Kate has since made it clear that she stands by her outfit choice and would have not change a thing.
Speaking to the Daily Star about if she had any regrets, she said: ‘Absolutely not, I would love to go back. I think it’s great we can talk about small business owners and people having that entrepreneurial spirit and getting up and showcasing what they do.

‘I would go back in a heartbeat. It was one of the best days of my life, it was such a great time. I wouldn’t change anything and I would never change the way I always dress.’
She added: ‘If I got asked back, I would wear the same kind of clothes again, I wouldn’t change a thing. I am confident in myself!’
During the segment, Kate cooked up a storm by showing viewers how to prepare mac and cheese on toast.
The business owner donned a low cut strapless burgundy top along with a pair of navy jeans and a brown belt.
Taking to X/Twitter after her appearance on the show, viewers wrote: ‘She changed into that top to cook?!’
‘I can’t concentrate on the show for worrying about her top falling down. She’s pulling and tugging it as it keeps slipping,’ to which another viewer replied: ‘I know… inappropriate dress code.’
‘Wardrobe issues can definitely take attention away from the show itself. Hopefully it gets sorted out quickly so everyone, including her, can feel more at ease.’
‘One guest dressed for summer’… ‘Has Kate just arrived back from a night out?’

It comes after Saturday Kitchen viewers previously threatened to ‘switch off’ after slamming Lulu as the ‘most irritating guest ever’.
Joined by Matt Tebbutt and Georgina Hayden, Genevieve Taylor, and Jason Atherton, the Scottish singers, 75, left viewers less than impressed.
Lulu ruffled feathers by frequently referencing her age and how her grandchildren keep her hip.
She also criticised the seasoning Matt, 50, used for his chicken and randomly broke out into song – namely Music by John Miles.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, they wrote: ‘Jesus wept. Lulu is THE most insufferable annoying person to watch ever. @SaturdayKitchen’;
They wrote: ‘I thought lulu on Saturday kitchen was very loud and obnoxious and why did she feel the need to keep mentioning her age?’;

‘I know Saturday Kitchen is on every week but they can’t have run out of guests already that they have to have Lulu on?’;
‘Lulu is responsible for the most cringey Saturday morning I’ve had for quite some time. SHE’S 75 YOU KNOW, AND IT’S ALL ABOUT THE MUSIC #SaturdayKitchen’;
‘Of all the guests in all the world … why just why? #SaturdayKitchen’.
”Do you know how old I am? Come on, guess how old I am? I bet you can’t guess how old I am’ #saturdaykitchen’.
