Salford City have signed left-back Rosaire Longelo from fellow League Two side Swindon Town on an 18-month deal.
The 25-year-old came through the academies at West Ham United and Newcastle United, and previously played in League One and League Two with Accrington Stanley.
He has made 21 appearances for Swindon Town in all competitions since joining from Stanley in the summer.
“I’ve got good football knowledge, a good football IQ drilled into me when I was younger so I take that into my game, and even today I’m just willing to learn and improve,” he said.
“I like to take people on, I like dribbling, putting a few crosses in, and I love shooting, scoring goals, and exciting people; that’s the main part of my game. Growing up in the park and courts, that’s what I loved doing and I still love doing it, that’s what’s brought me here.
“I’m hoping that we can continue the good run that the boys have been on. Hopefully, I can just add to that with my qualities and we can keep pushing on until the end of the season.”
