‘This decision was the last thing we wanted to have to make, especially as we know so many of you made travel plans based on the tour schedule. There was simply no other option based on our current health and also having to avoid further damage.
‘We couldn’t be more disappointed to not play one of our favourite cities this tour. Despite best efforts, rescheduling was not possible at this time due to existing schedule commitments.
‘We are deeply grateful for your support and sincerely apologise to the incredible Pearl Jam community for the inconvenience and disappointment.
‘Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase.’

‘Gutted, it was a few £££s spent. Train booked , hotel room bought. Take care Eddie and the gang. What to do in London now,’;
‘Ohhh I hope whoever’s ill is better soon. I have tix but funny enough couldn’t go tonight due to illness in my family. Something’s going around! #PearlJam,’;
‘Hope eddie gets better but gutted. One of my favourite bands and desperately wanted to see them. Transport, hotel, tickets, everything booked and all now wasted. Not a good time to lose so much money. Unfortunately ticket refunds are just the tip of the iceberg for people,’;
‘Hope you feel better soon Eddie and that you recover fully! I was worried for you during the Manchester gig when you mentioned your concern that continuing may cause long term damage. Thank you for soldiering on, but the band’s health comes first. We’ll be here when you return!’
