Legions of pro-Palestine activists carried out a spree of vandalism attacks on 15 locations across the UK and Europe last night, campaign group Palestine Action has confirmed.
The group, which just months ago was exposed training protesters to “disrupt, damage or destroy” Israel-linked targets across Britain, announced this morning that it had carried out “a coordinated wave of actions across Europe”.
Campaigners targeted offices of German insurance firm Allianz, which it claimed was “deeply complicit in the genocide in Gaza” with nine offices in the UK and six on the continent subjected to the attacks.
Buildings in Bristol and Glasgow were pictured daubed in blood-red paint overnight – while footage has circulated online of vandals smashing in the doors and windows of Allianz’s One Trinity Gardens office in Newcastle.

PALESTINE ACTION
A spokesman for Palestine Action said: “Palestine Action’s campaign to remove Israel’s weapons trade from Britain will continue to use the necessary means, direct action, against Elbit and the companies that aid, abet, and profit from the slaughter of Palestinians.
“As Allianz prioritises the value of profits over the lives of Palestinians, we will ensure they lose more than they gain by working with the Israeli weapons maker.”
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “Around 2.40am on Tuesday, January 28, we received a report of vandalism at a business premises on Waterloo Street in Glasgow.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”

PALESTINE ACTION
Meanwhile, Palestine Action said its activists drove a van into the front of Teledyne’s weapons factory in Shipley, South Yorkshire, and “smashed through the security perimeter” at an Elbit Systems factory in Kent.
“By attaching themselves to the vehicle, actionists are disrupting the production of crucial parts for Israel’s missiles and fighter jets,” the group claimed in response to its protest in Shipley.
The group’s campaign of attacks against Israel-linked firms has left staff furious – late last year, one contractor at Elbit detailed the scale of the abuse launched against employees to The Times.
They said: “Engineers who are going into work every day in sites around the country are being called baby killers and spat at by these activists.

PALESTINE ACTION
“It’s disgraceful. Many of these people are just engineers trying to go to work, do their jobs and earn a living.”
The Community Security Trust, a charity which provides safety to Britain’s Jewish community, told the newspaper: “Palestine Action is an extremist organisation that uses violence and intimidation in pursuit of its political goals.
“There has been a clear escalation in its methods and targeting over the past year, including violence and the use of weapons against people as well as destruction of property, and there is obviously a concern that this pattern will continue.
“While it is welcome that individual activists have been arrested and prosecuted, there is an urgent need for government and police to address the growing threat that this organisation poses as a whole.”
