This winning bond was purchased in March 2022 with the person in question being the third jackpot winner from Liverpool.
Joining them is the winner for Gloucestershire who had the bond number 601RW421962 and held £50,000 in Premium Bonds.
The unnamed person purchased their winning bond in November of last year and is the ninth Premium Bonds millionaire from the area.

He shared: “We’re delighted to kick off 2025 by creating our first Premium Bonds millionaires of the year in Liverpool and Gloucestershire.”
To bring in the New Year, NS&I is urging Britons to consider Premium Bonds and its other savings products as a way to bolster their finances.
Savers are able to invest a minimum of £25 every month to throw their hat in the ring to access tax-free prizes. The maximum amount that can be invested is £1m.
Every £1 entered into Premium Bonds is enrolled in the monthly prize draw. Money deposited into the account is protected by HM Treasury.
Bond holders can see if they have won a prize in the January draw from tomorrow, January 3 by logging onto either the NS&I website or using the prize checker app.
It should be noted the Premium Bond holders will need to use to share their number to enquire about any potential winnings.

App users can give either a Premium Bonds holder’s number or an NS&I number. Furthermore, savers can check for unclaimed prizes they are stilling waiting to receive.
Winners get notified of their winnings if they have registered their contact details. Despite this, NS&I warns there are situations when customers forget to update their contact details.
As a result of this, there are unclaimed prizes. This particularly impacts those who receive prize money through a cheque in lieu of a bank transfer.
Anyone with original paper Premium bonds can register them online or by calling the helpline on 08085 007 007.
