Nottingham Forest have confirmed that three first team players will be leaving the club following the expiration of their contracts this summer.
Forest will be playing Premier League football next season, ending the campaign six points clear of the drop after their 2-1 win over Burnley on the final day.
And it looks as if it is going to be a summer of change at the City Ground with three established players departing.
In a statement on their website, Forest wrote: ‘Nottingham Forest can confirm that Felipe, Cheikhou Kouyate and Wayne Hennessey will depart the club upon the expiration of their contracts this summer.’
‘The trio, who joined the club in its first season back in the Premier League last term, have played instrumental roles on and off the pitch over the past two seasons.

‘Nottingham Forest would like to thank each player for their contribution during their time at The City Ground, and wishes them well for the future.’
Kouyate, who joined Forest following their return to the top flight in 2022, made 36 appearances in two seasons.
Meanwhile, it is no surprise to see Felipe making his way after the veteran defender announced in March that he was set to retire.
Felipe announced earlier this year that he would be retiring at the end of the season
Cheikhou Kouyate (R) will also be departing following the expiration of his contract
Hennessey played only a handful of times during his two years at the club but the 37-year-old is said to have become ‘an important figure within the goalkeeping department’.
Forest also confirmed that that Gio Reyna, Divock Origi, Nuno Tavares, Gonzalo Montiel and Rodrigo Ribeiro have reached the end of their loan spells on Trentside.
