President of the National Farmers’ Union Tom Bradshaw has declared that “no resolution” has been reached following a meeting with the Government on Labour’s inheritance tax raid.
Speaking to media, Bradshaw said: “There’s certainly no resolution today. We’ve made very passionately our perspective clear that this tax change is completely unfair.
“It’d been ruled out by the Secretary of State in the run up to the election. And now there are many, many family farms right the way across the United Kingdom that are worried for their future.”
