Influencer GK Barry’s girlfriend, Ella Rutherford, has revealed her true feelings about the 25-year-old’s stint and impending Bushtucker Trial on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!
Barry – whose real name is Grace Keeling – made her debut on the ITV series last night and it became immediately apparent to viewers that she did not like taking part in the trials.
During her pre-entrance interview, she even admitted: “My go-to if there is a spider is to burn the house down or put it up for sale. I don’t really do much there.
“I am GK Barry and I am best known for doing videos on TikTok, having my own podcast and being the youngest panelist on Loose Women.
“I am going in the jungle because I should probably force myself to get out of the house a bit more, I would like to get over my fear of toads because it actually affects me more than you would think.
“The idea of a trial, I don’t think I am going to be very good at it, I am going to be one of those people that screams and cries and mildly vomits.

“I am not good with heights, I am not good with animals, I am not good with anything that this show entails so, really happy to be here.”
During the race trial last night, Barry was paired with fellow Loose Women panelist Jane Moore and had to root around a “hell hole” filled with cockroaches to find keys that unlocked a canoe, prompting screams aplenty.
Later, Ant and Dec entered the camp last night to reveal that the public had been voting for who they wanted to face the next trial – Vile Volcano – with Barry’s name being read out.
Barry’s reaction to the news has prompted plenty of fans to fear she could be heading for the exit door early – but Rutherford clearly has no qualms about seeing her other half take on the wilderness.
Ella Rutherford posted a supportive message to GK Barry ahead of her trial tonight
Sharing an image of a moment which has since gone viral of Barry’s horrified face, Rutherford posted the snap on her Instagram story and penned: “I shouldn’t laugh!”
Rutherford also shared a video of Barry overcome with emotion due to the trial and added: “The nation gonna fall in love, just like I did.”
And when reposting the I’m A Celeb page’s official Bushtucker Trial announcement post on her story, Rutherford encouraged: “LFG [Let’s f***ing go] Babe.”
However, Rutherford’s support comes as fans fear that the TikToker would quit soon after entering the jungle due to her struggling to adapt life in the camp.
Taking to X, one noted: “GK Barry won’t survive 48 hours at the rate she’s going.”
“Either GK Barry Or Colleen will walk out week one trust me,” another agreed before a third said: “GK Barry isn’t gonna last two days.”
“I can see GK Barry ruling herself out on medical grounds,” someone else penned before another expressed: “Prediction: GK Barry leaves the show early.” (sic)
Barry and Rutherford have been dating since the beginning of this year, with their relationship becoming more serious over the summer.
Prior to the pair revealing their relationship, they tried to keep it a secret for as long as possible, with Barry refusing to give out Rutherford’s real name during interviews.
