Labour MP Matt Western was met with howls of laughter as he praised Keir Starmer’s “rock solid” process amid a debate on Lord Mandelson.
Mr Western said: “Kemi amply demonstrated that she was very capable of not prosecuting an argument.
“She emphasised about process, and there is one thing I would say about this, Prime Minister, is that he is absolutely rock solid when it comes to process.”
