Meghan Markle has seemingly made a surprise return to Instagram after the mother-of-two posted a reel, thought to be filmed by Prince Harry, celebrating the New Year on a beach.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, appeared to share a video of her writing 2025 in the sand after running along a beach.
The clip was uploaded to what appears to be a new Instagram account called @meghan.
Despite amassing 112,000 followers, the account has yet to be verified with a blue tick.
The clip begins with the former suit’s actress taking a stroll down a shoreline at a beach.
The mother of two then draws the digits 2025, potentially teasing an upcoming project.
Meghan has not written any caption and has deactivated the comment section.
This aligns with the Californian-based royals aim to protect their family from hate and abuse.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have stepped away from social media after describing the abuse they received as “almost unsurvivable”
The pair vowed to never return to any platform, including Instagram.
In 2018, shortly after announcing her engagement to Prince Harry, Meghan shut down all social media accounts.
A Kensington Palace source said at the time: “Ms Markle is grateful to everyone who has followed her social media accounts over the years, however as she has not used them for some time she has taken the decision to close them.”
