Mariah Carey has been forced to cancel two more Christmas concerts due to flu.
The pop icon, 55, has been traveling the country on the Christmas Time tour but was struck down by illness on December 11, leading to the cancelation of her Pittsburgh show at the UBG Paints Arena.
On Friday December 13 the All I Want For Christmas Is You hitmaker revealed she was canceling her show in Newark scheduled for that evening at the Prudential Center and the December 15 show at Elmont’s UBS Arena.
She wrote on X: ‘Newark and Belmont — I wish I had better news but unfortunately I’m still sick and have to cancel the shows tonight and on Sunday.’
She has one final stop on her tour on December 17 at New York City’s Barclays Center, although it is currently unknown if it will go ahead.
On December 11 she wrote: ‘Pittsburgh, I am sorry to say, I’ve come down with the flu. It breaks my heart that I unfortunately have to cancel tonight’s show. I love you all so much.

Fans were left heartbroken by the news and many revealed they had flown in especially to attend.
One wrote: ‘I’m sorry you aren’t feeling well. I flew from Houston to see it tonight, I guess I’ll be back in Vegas next year for the residency.’
Another typed: ‘So sad about this… we flew all the way from London for tonight’s show.’
Others wrote: ‘Hydrate hydrate hydrate!! Sad I won’t see you tonight but your health and wellbeing means so much more !! Will miss you for my anniversary but I’ll hopefully see you in Brooklyn next week.

The tour was announced in August and it celebrates the 30th anniversary of her timeless holiday hit, All I Want For Christmas Is You.
The first show was on November 6 in Highland, California, and the final concert is slated for December 17 in Brooklyn.
Mariah’s setlist is rounded out with 26 songs and the concert is around 90 minutes-long.
Audiences will enjoy renditions of the superstar’s biggest, most recognizable songs as well as holiday classics.
It’s become customary for Carey to promote her mid-90s Christmas album during the last two months of the year.
The lead single is ubiquitous around the holiday season as fans push it back to the top of the music charts year after year.
