Lara, who splits her time living in New York and Sydney, has long espoused the benefits of choosing a variety of exercise forms rather than doing the same thing every day at the gym.
She said she swears by a combination of heated Pilates, hot yoga and incidental exercise to keep herself slim and ripped.
‘I do 10,000 to 15,000 steps a day, just around New York. You can do it without really realising,’ she told the Body & Soul in October.
‘I have a Pilates machine, so I YouTube every kind of Pilates [class]. I like to mix it up, and then have a rest as well. I’m not training every single day, by any means.’
