The Yellowstone actor, 69, wore a long black-and-gray coat with a caramel beige scarf, blue denim jeans and chocolate brown alligator boots as he exited a restaurant with male pals.
The California native had a fresh tan and a nicely groomed silver fox goatee as he walked down Mill Street.
This Kevin sighting comes after Kristin Cavallari revealed she wants to date the Hollywood icon who is best known for Bull Durham, Tin Cup and Dances With Wolves.
The 37-year-old reality TV star said on her Insta Stories page that she had a ‘forever crush’ on the actor.
Costner played Montana ranch owner John Dutton for five seasons on Yellowstone until he walked away from the series. Also this year he divorced wife Christine Baumgartner.

Cavallari also told a follower she wants to start a romance with the newly divorced movie star soon even though she has said in the past she was no longer going to date Hollywood men.
‘Give him my number,’ she replied to a fan, calling the actor her ‘forever crush.’
There is a 32-year age difference between The Hills star and the movie icon.
Kevin is single since divorcing wife Baumgartner. They had a nasty split that involved fighting over money.
Since leaving Christine, the Oscar-winning actor and director has been linked to singer Jewel, Sharon Stone, whom he flirted with at a party, and Mad Men star January Jones.
It appears, however, that he has not been in a romance with any of these beauties.
That means Kristin has a shot at dating The Bodyguard star.
This comes weeks after the siren said she is ‘dipping her toe back in the dating pool’.
The TV star split from Mark Estes in September, and Kristin has admitted that she’s already returned to dating.
The outspoken star said on her Let’s Be Honest podcast: ‘Here’s my thing. I think I’m just so f****** over Hollywood in general.

Kristin announced her split from Jay in 2020, when the former couple released a joint statement.
