A source close to Jessica Simpson, 44, and her estranged husband Eric Johnson, 45, has revealed the pair’s holiday plans.
On Friday, an insider got candid about the turmoil in the couple’s relationship amid split rumors claiming they are focusing on their children and ‘don’t hate each other.’
And in good holiday spirit, they revealed that the singer and the former NFL player will put on a united front and be together for the special season.
They told US Weekly: ‘Jessica and Eric plan on being all together for the holidays with the kids. It’s all about the kids and family. They don’t hate each other.’
Simpson and Johnson share daughters Maxwell, 12, and Birdie, five, and son Ace, 11.
Earlier this month, the former NFL star was spotted out in Los Angeles not just without his wife, but missing his wedding ring — further igniting divorce rumors.

The former San Francisco 49ers tight end and the actress welcomed their first child, Maxwell Drew, on May 1, 2012. On June 30, 2013, the lovebirds welcomed their son Ace Knute.
They said ‘I do’ in a lavish San Ysidro Ranch wedding in Santa Barbara, California on the Independence Day weekend in July 2014.
And on March 19, 2019, they welcome their youngest child, daughter Birdie Mae.
Earlier this month, it was revealed that Simpson and Johnson were ‘living separately right now’ and are in the midst of ‘are ‘trying to figure out’ their separation.
Another insider revealed that they want to navigate a split without ‘disrupting their kids’ lives as much as possible.’
‘They are both really committed to the wellbeing of the kids and trying to figure out what’s best for them,’ the source continued.
And even though deciding to end their ten year marriage was not an ‘easy decision,’ another source claimed the mother-of-three is ‘heartbroken’.
