From November 17 to 21, 2025, Global Talent Confederation conducted its exclusive art tour, transforming the Costa Brava coast into a powerful center of creativity, networking, and international exchange.
The event, which gathered talents from nine countries, went beyond a usual journey, becoming a strategic investment in the professional and personal development of each participant.
Talents from Ukraine, Greece, Poland, Germany, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Britain, Italy, and Lithuania came to the gathering, which emphasized the mission of Global Talent Confederation to create the largest community contributing to the global development of art.
Day 1: Introductions, Presentations, and Solemn Start
The tour started in Lloret de Mar, Girona, where participants settled in the Hotel Ridomar 365. The very first day concluded with the solemn opening of the exhibition of participants’ works and a welcome party.
The networking evening united over twenty talents from all over the world. As part of the solemn opening of the exhibition, participants presented themselves and talked about their creativity, which contributed to an in-depth exchange of experience and establishing connections.
Among the participants were both artists whose works were presented at the exhibition, and talented figures of other directions.
In the Art Tour, talented artists from different countries of the world took part: Georgia was represented by Marina Amaglobeli, Nona Papashvili, Asmik Bleyan, and Erna-elene Totogashvili; from Kazakhstan were Aliya Yessylbayeva and Karim Kali; Great Britain was represented by Maryna Butko; from Ukraine participated Barbara Drobot, Riabkova Liudmyla, Alona Kushnirenko, Olya Voloshka, and Inesa Bila; Poland was represented by Oksana Sadovnyk, Urszula Socha, Elzbieta Ratajczak, and Julia Zabrocka; from Germany were Christina Schneider, Nadezda Zemlyachenko, and Nataliia Charlier; Italy was represented by Olha Avrina; and Lithuania — Jurate Labanauskiene.
A special adornment of the program was the performance by the talented vocalist from Greece, Ina Korfiati, which added a cultural and musical dimension to the artistic exchange. The created atmosphere contributed to the formation of significant professional relationships.
Day 2: Journey, Admiration, and Relaxation
The second day was dedicated to a journey to Figueres, where participants explored the Salvador Dalí Theatre-Museum. This unique museum, created by Dalí himself from a ruined theater, is the “largest surrealist object in the world.” Visiting this architectural wonder, crowned by a geodesic dome, allowed the artists to immerse themselves in the genius’s non-traditional thinking, which became a powerful catalyst for kindling their own creative potential. The day concluded with a relaxing walk along the coast of Lloret de Mar.
Day 3: Plein Air, Creativity, and Inspiration
The continuation of the program was the conducting of a plein air session in the magnificent Santa Clotilde Gardens. These gardens, being a masterpiece of design in the Noucentisme style, demonstrate a striving for the restoration of classical symmetry and order. Creativity among the Mediterranean flora and breathtaking sea views from the cliff top provided the participants with ideal conditions for the search for new inspiration and serene creativity in the fresh air.
Day 4: Exploration, Cognition, and Walk
The fourth day was dedicated to getting acquainted with the artistic epochs of Barcelona. The artists started with a visit to the Picasso Museum, located in five magnificent medieval palaces. Here they studied one of the largest collections of early works by Pablo Picasso, covering his years of formation (1895-1904) and received invaluable insight into the influence of Barcelona as an “expanding artistic center” on his creative path.
Then the group made a trip to the legendary Sagrada Familia cathedral to admire the unfinished masterpiece of architect Antoni Gaudí. The saturated day concluded with a pleasant walk through Barcelona, which allowed them to feel the pulse of this cultural center and enjoy its unique atmosphere.
Outcomes and Growth Perspectives
The journey concluded on November 21, leaving behind not only bright memories, but also tangible results. Commercial success was evident: within the framework of the exhibition, some participants’ paintings were sold, which became a visual confirmation of the commercial potential opened up by international networking.
Participants left Spain with expanded professional networks, new artistic ideas, and a renewed sense of personal confidence and independence that comes with cultural immersion.
All excursions and visits were led by a professional guide, which ensured a deep and meaningful immersion into culture and history of art.
