A fold in Newtownards, County Down, has been evacuated following a fire on Tuesday evening.
Police are at the scene in the Tower Court area and are assisting emergency services.
The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) said it received a report of the incident at 18:09 GMT and sent two emergency crews.
Residents were assessed and treated at the scene, but none required hospital treatment.
