Lila wore minimal make-up and showed off her naturally pretty looks, while wearing her long hair loose for the occasion.
Leading the nineties pack was Courtney, 60, who opted for rocker chic in a black knit dress with a pair of stilettos – accessorised with a long chain necklace and a slouchy black bag.
Courtney opted for full glam make-up for the night out celebrating her long-time pal and wore her bright blonde locks as she arrived alongside the likes of frontman Bobby.
Meanwhile, Jamie Winstone cut an edge figure in a silver fringed cap, which she wore with a black blazer and furry jacket, while boosting her petite frame with a pair of pink, satin heels.
Other celebrity attendees included Claudia Winkleman and Charlotte Tilbury.
Also spotted leaving the bash was Lady Lola Bute, who looked bleary-eyed as she left the party alongside Tish Weinstock.

Commanding attention in the sensational backless garment, Lola’s attire boasted flared trousers, cut-out details at the waist and thigh-high slits.
She bundled up against the chilly weather in the British capital by teaming her patterned jumpsuit with a tan fur coat.
Adding a touch of glitz to her ensemble, she donned an array of shimmering gold rings and sported a smattering of glamorous makeup, whilst keeping her blonde locks straight.
In a versatile, wearable, cross-generational collection, Kate has taken her knowledge, banked from her life at the highest tier of fashion with one eve perennially locked on the street and translated it into a contemporary collection of classic party pieces.
The collection boasts laser cut dresses in cream and black, cut on the bias with personal detailing, as well as a smattering of prints, including Moss favourites leopord and 1930s vintage tea dress.
It also includes ‘jackets pulled from the back of a wardrobe and remodelled for maximum modem relevance’ and ‘coats, shoes and accessories telling stories of the night’.
‘I’ve enjoyed working with Zara on campaigns over the years and always loved their collaborations, so when Marta and I first talked about this project I was excited about getting to design clothes again and work with Katy England,’ Kate Moss said in a statement.
Describing her motivation behind the launch, she added: ‘For this collection, I wanted to create the perfect party capsule – pieces that feel effortlessly chic but with an edge.
‘Mixing classic cuts with just the right amount of glam to take you through the party season.’
