Meghan Markle’s engagement ring could be set for an “intriguing” new look, a style expert has claimed.
The Duchess of Sussex has not been seen wearing her engagement ring since May this year, forgoing the piece of jewellery at the Invictus Games and the recent Variety magazine’s Power of Women gala.
The mother-of-two has worn other pieces of jewellery in its place, but the “missing” engagement ring has caused a flurry of speculation among royal fans.
Anya Walsh, a jewellery expert at Europe’s largest online jeweller 77 Diamonds, headquartered in Mayfair, spoke exclusively to GB News to talk about Meghan’s “missing” sparkler.

The style expert referenced the duchess’s “update” to her engagement ring which she made in 2019, after the birth of Prince Archie.
Walsh said: “Meghan Markle’s first engagement ring design featured a diamond trilogy set on a classic yellow gold band.
“She then updated it to a finer, more delicate diamond-set band.
“In the same way, we see many women favouring more slender designs when it comes to their choice of ring.

“They even go as far as redesigning their jewellery for a refreshed modern look.”
The jeweller gave her opinion on why Meghan is no longer wearing her ring, suggesting that another “update” could be the reason.
Walsh added: “Perhaps Meghan Markle is looking to update her design to something a little more abstract.
“She could retain the same three diamonds but re-arrange them in a cluster that creates a more intriguing pattern.
