If you want to unlock the biggest discount in the Dyson Black Friday sale, look no further than the Dyson V15s Detect Submarine.

This flagship cordless vacuum comes equipped with some of the latest technology from the innovative bag-less brand, including its luminous green LED in the motorhead to illuminates invisible dust.

The Dyson V15s first launched in the UK last year, so this cordless vacuum really hasn’t been around very long — making this generous £200 price cut even more exciting.

With an RRP of £799, this premium cordless cleaner was the first to ship with an entirely new generation of motors, dubbed Hyperdymium, that can reach top speeds of 135,000 rpm.

For comparison, the engines on a Boeing 737 jet hit an average of 15,000 rotations-per-minute and Dyson’s motor regularly spins 9x faster than a Formula One engine.

That eye-watering speed enables the Dyson V15S Detect Submarine to suck up virus particles as small as 0.1 microns. Any viruses vacuumed up with the Dyson will be trapped in the HEPA filtration system, which packs 1.9m of filters folded over 145 times.

On the display, Dyson will reveal the exact quantity of particles removed as you clean.

As the name suggests, this cordless vacuum lets you switch from the motorised rollerhead to a self-contained wet roller head, known as the “Submarine”.

But when connected to the new Dyson V15s Detect, the attachment will spray a pressurised jet of water onto the floor ahead of the microfibre rollers. Although the reservoir is just 300ml, Dyson says the fact that it pressurises the spray of water means it should be enough to cover 110m2.

A larger 360ml dirty water tank collects everything as you move forward, so no debris is left behind on the floor.

Available to pay in three interest-free payments, Dyson has cut the V15s Detect Submarine down to £599.99.

If you’re not fussed about the mop-like “Submarine” accessory, Dyson sells a stripped-back version called V15 Detect Extra.

Usually £649.99, this model arrives with a slightly smaller £150 price cut. However, Dyson will ship a free Floor Dok worth £119 with the new vacuum. This accessory is designed to be a freestanding, grab-and-go charging dock that lets you tidy away your cordless vacuum and up to five tools. No drilling required.

If the mop features are the most appealing part of the V15s Detect Submarine to you, Dyson has also slashed the price of its Wash G1 motorised mop. This first-of-its-kind gadget was engineered from the ground-up to wash hard floors without leaving behind any residue.

With three hydration levels and a reservoir big enough to cover up to 290sqm, this is a powerful piece of kit. Like the V15s Detect Submarine, it launched in the UK last year.

The most affordable Dyson cordless vacuum is the V8 Advanced, which has dropped from £329.99 to £229.99, representing that £100 saving.

This model was specifically designed with pet owners in mind, though it works brilliantly for any household. You’ll get up to 40 minutes of consistent suction power on a single charge, with no fade in performance as the battery drains.
