Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ son Justin Dior Combs has reportedly been blacklisted from renting party homes in Los Angeles.
Justin, 30, has a habit of renting out mansions in Southern California and leaving them a mess at the end of his stay, a broker who specializes in mansions claimed to the New York Post on Wednesday.
‘The company that I work with rented houses to Justin,’ said a source described as an ‘LA-based facilitator’ for wealthy and famous clients. ‘He would say, “I’m having 20 people over.” But there would be 200 and then they would wreck the house.’
‘It’s gotten to the point where nobody will rent to him,’ they continued, adding that Justin had allegedly ‘called’ them with a request to rent a house.
‘I said no,’ the source claimed.
The report on the consequences of Justin’s allegedly wild partying comes after his rap mogul father, 55, was denied bail for a third time ahead of his sex trafficking trial.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ son Justin Dior Combs has reportedly been blacklisted from renting party homes in Los Angeles after ‘wrecking’ multiple properties, according to the New York Post
A broker claimed Justin would through raucous parties with many more guests than initially stipulated; Justin (L) is pictured with (L–R) father Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and brothers Christian Combs and Quincy Taylor Brown in 2020 in Beverly Hills
The publication clarified that there’s no indication of any of the disturbing behaviors alleged to have happened at his father’s debauched ‘freak off’ parties.
However, Justin appears to paint a picture of himself as someone who knows how to have a good time, as his Instagram account is peppered with pictures and videos of him taking shots of DeLeón tequila.
Diddy and the liquor giant Diageo had formed a joint venture to purchase the tequila brand back in 2013, but in May of last year the rapper sued Diageo for allegedly failing to properly promote the tequila label, which he attributed to racism.
In January of this year, Diageo settled the lawsuit with Combs and took full ownership of DeLeón tequila.
Justin’s posts with the liquor appear to predate the legal action between his father and the liquor conglomerate.
In a statement to the post, Justin’s attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman, clarified that ‘Justin has not been charged with a crime or sued civilly regarding any of these accusations for a reason — he did nothing wrong.’
In the indictment against Justin’s father, Diddy is accused of flying sex workers from around the globe to his drug-fueled orgies, which could last for days.
He allegedly arranged and directed the sex parties, while masturbating throughout the performance and supplied women drugs such as ecstasy, ketamine and BHB to keep them energized, federal prosecutors said.
They source claimed they had personally turned down Justin after he allegedly messed up party mansions. His attorney said he had done ‘nothing wrong’ and noted Justin had never been sued or criminally charged
Justin (seen attending his dad’s bail hearing in September in NYC with brother Christian Combs) is also being sued for allegedly failing to pay for a leased Bentley, according to InTouch. His lawyer said it was a misunderstanding after bills were allegedly sent to the wrong address
Although Justin’s parties were allegedly wild, there’s no indication that they included any of the sordid behaviors his father Diddy is accused of engaging in at his ‘freak off’ parties; pictured in 2022 in Las Vegas
The document added: ‘After freak offs, Combs and the victims typically received IV fluids to recover from the physical exertion and drug use’.
Prosecutors said that the music mogul’s employees covertly booked hotel rooms for the ‘freak offs,’ while stocking them with baby oil, lubricant and extra bed sheets.
Authorities allegedly discovered over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant in his homes while searching them earlier this year.
Agents also uncovered three AR-15 rifles with defaced serial numbers in his Miami bedroom closet, but the weapons has been ‘broken down into parts, along with magazines with ammunition loaded in them.’
It comes after Combs was involved in the gunpoint kidnapping of someone in 2011.
Prosecutors also claimed that Diddy would pay male sex workers hired for the parties, but not female participants, whom he allegedly beat and threatened with financial ruin if they refused to participate in his sordid parties.
Diddy’s son Justin has also has legal issues related to automobiles.
According to InTouch, Porsche Leasing LTD filed suit against him for $190,000 after he allegedly failed to pay the bills for a Bentley he had leased from the organization.
Lichtman described the lawsuit as the result of a mixup, as the bills were allegedly sent to the wrong address and never made their way to Justin
‘The outstanding balance will be paid and the lawsuit will be dropped,’ Lichtman said.
Although a source said the case could be dismissed in a matter of days, Porsche Leasing appears to be continuing for now, and it says it has the right to repossess the car.
