Tesco Bank’s mobile app and website have gone down this morning in a blow to customers.
Some 53 per cent of the bank’s customers were locked out of their accounts when using mobile banking, according to complaints tracking website DownDetector.
Over 606 people have reported issues in accessing banking services since 7:12 this morning.
Furthermore, 30 per cent of customers were unable to access online banking services today.
Taking to social media, those affected by the outage slammed the banking service being provided by Tesco Bank.

“Utterly useless. One star rating from multiple customers & you don’t acknowledge or seem to have any plans to fix it.”
