A building has collapsed after a van crashed into it in the early hours of Monday morning, police said.
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said the van smashed into the building in St Helens Road, Bolton – believed to be an estate agents – just after 02:00 BST.
GMP said a man, in his 30s, had been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after he failed to provide a breath specimen. The road has been closed.
A force spokesperson said: “Officers attended the scene and located that a van had collided with a building which has caused significant damage to it.”
