Brianna Chickenfry shared a healthy update with fans after previously admitting to losing a lot of weight amid her ‘toxic’ split from Zach Bryan.
Taking to TikTok on Friday, the 25-year-old content creator — who got a new tattoo ahead one of Taylor Swift’s Vancouver concerts — revealed that she’s gained back 11 pounds.
‘We have exciting news. I think I’ve gained 11 lbs.,’ the social media star, whose legal name is Brianna LaPaglia, said in the video.
‘And it’s great and it’s awesome because I have an appetite again. I’m eating. But I’m like, “B****. I know you haven’t eaten for a year, but maybe relax a little bit,”‘ she said.
The Formula 1 extra revealed her weight had dropped back to what it was in high school in a post a month ago, following her breakup with the country crooner.
To someone who might be seeing a post of hers for the first time, LaPaglia explained, ‘If you’re confused, I lost a lot of weight.’

In October, the influencer said she was ‘blindsided’ by the Bryan’s decision to publicly announce their split.
The already thin LaPaglia reported on the platform in November that she had lost 15 lbs, and was currently at the same weight she was at age 15.
The loss of her romantic relationship was compounded by the breakup with her best friend, Grace O’Malley, with whom she co-hosted the Plan Bri Uncut podcast.
In an appearance on the BFFs podcast, LaPaglia claimed O’Malley ‘never defended me’ even though she was aware of the alleged emotional abuse she dealt with from Bryan.
‘She knew everything behind the scenes,’ LaPaglia claimed. ‘When the internet started attacking me, they only lifted Grace up when they were beating me down. And it was, like, whatever, because it helped her career and she was fine and happy about it. But it got to a point where she was never defending me.’
Explaining her inner turmoil on Friday, LaPaglia said, ‘It was a toxic, awful, horrible situation. I was mentally going through it so bad that like I couldn’t eat and I became skin and bones.’
To gain the weight back rapidly, the influencer said she turned to ‘sh**ty food,’ including ‘pasta and fast food,’ to put on the pounds.
Crooning about her success, the social media darling told her audience, ‘The jeans are starting to fit around my thighs. Not baggy on my thighs anymore.’

To regain the weight, LaPaglia said she relied on ‘pasta and fast food,’ and was relieved her clothes were fitting her again. ‘It’s possible… gaining weight isn’t a bad thing, she asserted. ‘Sometimes it can actually be a really good thing, and a sign that things are going well’
‘Double chin, coming back! I don’t know if that ever really left,’ she added.
‘These are things that are making me feel happy, making me feel good. It took me like, I want to say three months to get an appetite back. And like I said, I literally feel like, I’m like ravenous.’
To calm any fears her fans may have had about her fuller frame, she said, ‘It’s possible it’s happening and gaining weight isn’t a bad thing.’
