Jersey Shore star Angelina Pivarnick is seemingly changing her story about a violent altercation that happened during a Christmas show.
The 38-year-old reality star was part of a group that attended Brandon Voss’ Secret Santa show in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City last week.
The group was reportedly so disruptive to the staff and performers – with the report claiming one person even punched a 3-foot-6-inch performer – that the cops were called.
Pivarnick’s lawyer John J. Zidziunas told Page Six on Wednesday that she had ‘a wonderful time’ at the event and was not, ‘involved in any misconduct.’
However, just a day later, Page Six has now obtained video of the aftermath of the altercation that shows Pivarnick complaining that the show’s staffers, ‘put their hands on me’ while one of her friends admitted to ‘standing on a chair.’
Zidziunas released another statement on Thursday that paints a slightly different picture of the night than his original statement.

‘What began as a fun night unfortunately turned into a debacle when employees from this pop-up venue allegedly began verbally harassing Angelina and members of her group, and even escalated the matter by putting their hands on Angelina,’ Zidziunas said in a statement after being informed of the video, which was not made public.
‘Once her boundary was crossed, Angelina voiced her concerns and sought assistance from security to call law enforcement to de-escalate the conflict created by the venue’s staff,’ the attorney added.
‘She was completely sober at all times and the video will show her thanking security for calling the police if audio is available,’ he added.
The video allegedly shows PIvarnick telling cops she wanted to file a police report on the venue, though her friend who was standing on a chair was not pleased.
‘Angelina, are you f–king serious? What are you filing a report for? For me standing up on a chair?’ the friend said, though Pivarnick responded, ‘It’s not about you!’
Part of the show involves performers interacting with the audience, with 3-foot-6-inch performer Katrina Kemp said a member of the group punched and squeezed her stomach, though Kemp couldn’t identify the person since they were wearing a mask.
Another account reveals someone in the group tried to pull a blonde wig off another performer, with Voss claiming police were called when security couldn’t get them to leave the building.
The video also apparently shows Pivarnick saying she wanted to fill out a police report, though she didn’t want to do so at the station, or fill one out online.

Voss responded to Pivarnick’s claims, stating, ‘No one put their hands on her. They may have touched her shoulder… They asked her to step out, and we had to call the police. She wasn’t cooperating with security. Rather than physically touching her, we called the police’

Still, Zidziunas is maintaining his client’s innocence, adding, ‘Angelina stands by her position that the video evidence will clearly demonstrate she acted appropriately and did nothing improper or illegal that night. The footage will also confirm that she never had physical contact with anyone… what matters here is that Angelina never personally acted illegal or improper.’
‘Throughout the incident, Angelina remained committed to protecting her own safety while handling the situation responsibly. It’s sad when others feel they can mock and provoke someone for being a public figure and they can victimize themselves if the situation escalates. The police thankfully filed a report and Angelina reserves all rights to take legal action,’ the lawyer said.
However, an NYPD spokesperson said, ‘there are no complaint reports on file’ for the evening in question.
