James Jordan proudly showed off his shredded physique as he posed shirtless in a new Instagram post on Thursday.
The former Strictly Come Dancing professional, 46, shared his dramatic body transformation after ‘making the right choices’ on his weight loss journey.
The dancer displayed his ripped physique in a mirror selfie after a gruelling gym session.
He captioned the post: ‘For the last month I’ve been focusing on eating healthy and doing Dance Shred pretty much every day.
‘Making the right choices are so important and dedication to working out even if I don’t want to. Since seeing the results it motivates me to keep going as I feel so much better within myself.
‘So if you wanna get fit – learn to dance taught by myself and @olajordan – tone up and eat healthy as we have a nutritional plan all included!’

It comes after James and his wife Ola revealed they were told to lose weight if they wanted to have another baby, after being classed as ‘obese’.
The former dancers – who have four-year-old daughter Ella – made the confession while appearing on Lorraine last year, after bouncing back into shape and flaunting their combined 6.5 stone weight loss.
Ola admitted she was ‘huge’ and ‘needed a wake up call’ after ‘hiding a lot’ and recalled avoiding a party since she didn’t want to dress herself.
James told the host: ‘Ella is an IVF baby and we were told that we are in the obese category.
‘Ola is 5ft3 and was nearly 12st so we were in the obese category and we were told if we want another baby, we had to lose weight.’
His wife added: ‘It was huge and I was huge! I needed a wake up call and I was hiding a lot and not taking pictures with Ella on holiday.
‘There was a party, I didn’t want to dress myself and James went without me and I sat on the sofa with a glass of wine and posted it. I wasn’t myself, it was really hard.’
Ola continued: ‘We used to go to the gym together but now we have a baby and she is so needed. We lost it by dancing in our kitchen and Ella is like, “Mummy, look I can do it too.” I wanted to get in my old catsuit.’

James chimed in: ‘Ola has lost all this weight and she doesn’t have to buy a new wardrobe.
‘I couldn’t do my own shoelaces up. I had to sit down. My belly got in the way. I was in a bad place with my dad passing. With lockdown too you either went one way or the other.’
The couple both made their debut on the BBC series in 2006 before James quit in 2013, followed by Ola two years later.
Last year James came under fire for ‘putting pressure on new mums’ by sharing a postpartum picture of Ola to promote their weight loss plan in a now-deleted post.
The couple have both been taking to Instagram to document their recent weight loss journey.
But James’ post, which has since been deleted, sparked outrage after he posted before-and-after snaps of Ola holding their daughter.
One snap showed his wife holding a newborn Ella soon after giving birth, and a second, taken around two years later, showed Ola cuddling her child after her recent weight loss.
In a caption, James said Ola is now ‘half the woman she was’, while his wife shared the same post, saying she couldn’t believe how much she had ‘shrunk’.
However, James was criticised for using a postpartum snap of Ola for the ‘before’ picture, as they claimed it is ‘not a fair comparison’ and sends a ‘dangerous message’, according to The Express.
